Core Labs Affiliate Policy

1. Who can be a Core Labs affiliate

We approve applicants on a case-by-case basis. Priority is given to:

• Active research scientists at academic or industry labs
• Institutional procurement officers
• Longevity, biotech, and research-news content creators whose audience is qualified to evaluate research-use materials
• Other research-peptide-adjacent professionals with a credible research-use audience

2. Commission structure

• Flat 20% commissionon every referred research-verified order. No tiers, no rate negotiations, no "earn your way up" — every approved affiliate gets the same top-of-market rate from day one.
• Tracking via unique URL parameter, attribution window: 30 days
• Payouts monthly via PayPal, on a NET-30 basis (paid in the month following the order's settlement)
• Minimum payout: $50. Sub-threshold balances roll over.
• Commission is only paid on orders from research-verified purchasers. Orders that don't complete the research-use attestation are not eligible.

3. What you can do

• Share Core Labs product page links, COA links, and research-library article links via your tracked affiliate URL
• Describe compounds as research peptides using accurate chemistry, mechanism, and study references
• Cite published peer-reviewed research (with proper attribution)
• Reference Core Labs's published COAs, batch traceability, and HPLC / mass-spec verification process
• Use Core Labs-supplied product photography (provided through the affiliate portal)

4. What is strictly prohibited

• No human-use claims. Do not describe any Core Labs compound as suitable for human consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, or diagnostic / therapeutic / cosmetic / veterinary use.
• No before/after photos. Do not post body-composition, skin, weight-loss, or performance-outcome imagery in any context that could be interpreted as a Core Labs product result.
• No testimonials. Do not post "I used this" / "I take this" / "I inject this" content featuring Core Labs products.
• No dosing or syringe instructions. Do not publish dosage recommendations, injection technique, syringe-unit conversions, or reconstitution-to-dose math tied to Core Labs products.
• No therapeutic-benefit claims. Do not state, imply, or hint that Core Labs products treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, condition, weight, mood, metabolic state, or aging process.
• No paid ads on regulated keywords. Do not bid on "weight loss," "anti-aging," compound names paired with "buy," or any consumer-outcome keyword in paid search or social ads pointing to Core Labs.
• No claim of FDA approval / safety / efficacy. Core Labs compounds are not FDA-approved drugs. Do not state or imply otherwise.
• Mandatory research-use disclosure. Every post featuring a Core Labs compound must include the line: "For laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption."

5. Enforcement

• First-time technical violation (missing disclosure, minor wording): written notice + 48 hours to correct
• Repeat technical violations, OR any single hard-line violation (human-use claim, testimonial, before/after, dosing): immediate program termination, all unpaid commissions forfeited
• Egregious violations may also be reported to the FTC and applicable state regulators per their guidelines on health-product marketing
• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause

6. Application

Phase 1 is manual approval only. Email hello@corelabspeptides.com with: your name, organization (if any), the channel(s) where you intend to share Core Labs links (website, podcast, newsletter, lab referrals, etc.), and a brief description of your audience.

Phase 2 (full self-serve affiliate portal with payout dashboards and link generation) is in development and will launch alongside the broader Core Labs research portal post-June 2026.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as regulatory guidance evolves. Active affiliates will be notified by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
